I think this trend will continue in the future. First, technology keeps improving, making it easier for people to work from home. For example, video meetings and online tools allow people to communicate and collaborate easily, even from different locations. Second, working from home can improve work-life balance, as it allows people to spend more time with their families and reduce the stress of commuting. As a result, workers are happier, more motivated, and healthier. For these reasons, I believe the trend of working from home will continue.

I don’t think this trend will continue in the future. First, working from home can sometimes decrease productivity. People may face more challenges at home, which makes it harder to concentrate on their tasks effectively. Second, the lack of direct communication with colleagues can lead to misunderstandings and slower progress on projects. Therefore, companies may prefer to work in the office, where communication and teamwork are easier. For these reasons, I think the trend of working from home may not last.

この傾向が今後も続くとは思えない。まず、在宅勤務は時として生産性を低下させる可能性がある。人々は自宅でより多くの課題に直面する可能性があり、効率的に仕事に集中することが難しくなる。第二に、同僚との直接的なコミュニケーションが不足することで、誤解が生じ、プロジェクトの進捗が遅くなる可能性がある。そのため、企業はコミュニケーションやチームワークが容易なオフィスでの仕事を好むかもしれない。これらの理由から、在宅勤務のトレンドは長続きしないと考える。
